The Sept. 30th update for 2013 is limited to fixes and enhancements (except for the 72T calculators listed below). If you are currently using Version 2 calculators (V2 - Java Applets) you can safely skip this update if you have applied either of the previous two updates from earlier this year. Likewise, this update is optional for Version 3, unless you have received instructions from us. All updates are cumulative, by skipping this very limited update any changes to your package will be included in the next update release.
The primary focus of the Sept. 30th update was continue with the conversion of Spanish and French calculators in V3. If you are using V3 and have any Spanish or French calculators, this update will automatically replace V2 calculators with any new V3 calculators that are available.
With this release we now provide a second software package for upgrading an existing installations. This new package is available from your normal download location as KJEUpdate.exe (also available as a zip file KJEUpdate.zip). This new package provides only compressed JS code files and the CSS that is controlled by KJE. This is designed to allow you to download the update package, extract the files and transfer them to your website. No manual changes are required, and files that may have been modified or customized during your deployment are not included. This allows you to safely update all calculator specific content without losing any site specific customizations.
If you wish, you can download the full calculator package from the same location, and refresh all files provided by KJE for your calculators. This package includes any site specific changes done for you by KJE, but will not include any customizations by you or your web-developers.
